Role Description

• Own and grow regional territory (Northern CA / Western NV) focused on private-practice physicians, medical spas, and clinics
• Drive new business through cold outreach, in-person meetings, events, and product demonstrations
• Manage existing accounts, upsell new technologies, and build long-term partnerships
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and training teams to ensure customer success
• Become an expert in our product portfolio and articulate ROI to providers
• Represent Alma at trade shows, workshops, and educational events

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of capital equipment sales experience, preferably in aesthetics, med device, or cash-pay healthcare
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive, high-touch environment
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Willingness to travel within your territory regularly
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
