Job description

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager - Remote to join our EST team.

Will travel extensively in the Western Region.

Your Responsibilities:

Responsible for selling the company’s products and growing the business in a specific territory. Key duties include identifying new business opportunities, developing OEM/VAR partnerships, and expanding customer revenues. Building credibility and relationships externally and internally with customers, who may be geographic or named accounts, is essential.

Your Challenge:
  1. Develop sales strategies to maximize market penetration and improve sales and earnings.
  2. Review market analyses to understand customer needs, pricing, and discounts.
  3. Analyze sales data, deliver presentations, and support sales efforts with key clients.
  4. Maintain relationships with top customers, negotiate, and close deals.
  5. Attend conferences and external meetings to explore new sales opportunities.
What you bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of outside sales experience in the chemical, petro-chemical, or power industry, focusing on heat exchangers and condensers.
  • Understanding of regional and market customer needs.
  • Adaptability to market changes.
  • Must pass drug/alcohol tests, background checks, and be a US Citizen.

Salary: $139,000 - $174,000

Note: Salary is a guideline; actual compensation depends on qualifications, experience, location, and market conditions.
