Performance Foodservice in North Carolina seeks an Area Manager to service the Franklin and Waynesville areas. You will oversee a geographic sales territory, grow independent and regional accounts, and drive budgeted sales and profit objectives.
The role requires 6–12 months sales/marketing or restaurant experience and a valid driver's license; a Bachelor's in Business Management, Sales/Marketing, or related field is preferred.
Performance Foodservice, PFG's broadline distributor, maintains a unique relationship with a variety of local customers, including independent restaurants and hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, and quick-service eateries. A team of sales reps, chefs, consultants and other experts builds close relationships with each customer, providing advice on improving operations, menu development, product selection and operational strategies. The Performance Foodservice team delivers delicious food, but also goes above and beyond to help independent restaurant owners achieve their dreams.
The Area Manager position will perform the following duties servicing the Franklin & Waynesville, NC areas.

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
6-12 months sales/marketing and/or restaurant experience.
Valid Driver's License
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Sales/Marketing, or related area
5 years of broadline foodservice sales experience.
