Job summary

Chipr Home Solutions is seeking an Outside Sales Area Manager to lead a team of 8 to 12 Home Solutions Experts in Ocala, Florida. This role focuses on growing the territory through direct door-to-door outreach, coaching, and performance management to exceed targets.

You will report to the Regional Sales Director, build a winning sales culture, and help teammates achieve uncapped earnings. A high school education is required, with 1 year of door-to-door experience and some leadership preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of door-to-door sales experience.
• Prior team leadership experience preferred.
• High School education or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8 to 12 Home Solutions Experts.
• Coordinate and lead weekly seller meetings.
• Assign and validate knocking territories using a loop/ lap system.
• Report team numbers to senior leadership.
• Train and certify new hires to Chipr's standards.
• Build a winning sales culture through daily engagement with the team.
