Chipr Home Solutions is seeking an Outside Sales Area Manager to lead a team of 8 to 12 Home Solutions Experts. You will drive growth by door-to-door selling, developing your team, and reporting to Regional Sales Director.

Qualifications

• Door-to-door sales experience required.
• Prior team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of 8 to 12 Home Solutions Experts.
• Ensures the team stays engaged and motivated.
• Attends regularly scheduled meetings with leadership.
• Reports on team numbers to senior leadership.
• Coordinates and leads weekly seller meetings.
• Assigns and validates knocking territories and tracks through carrier tools.
• Trains and certifies new hires to Chipr's standards.
• Leads from the front to build credibility and results, then coaches performance.
• Fosters a winning sales culture through daily engagement.
