SpringHill Suites by Marriott Austin Parmer/Tech Ridge is seeking an Area Assistant Director of Sales to collaborate with the Director of Sales, drive occupancy and revenue, and guide a team of Sales Managers across group, transient, and catering sales.

You’ll craft budgets and marketing plans, coach and hire staff, and help shape forecasts while maintaining a fun, high-performance culture. Excellent communication and strategic thinking are essential for success in this role in north Austin.

Qualificações

• 4+ years hotel sales experience preferred; alternative education paths are acceptable as listed in the ad.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a sales team under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate group, transient, and catering sales to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Develop budgets and marketing plans to exceed goals and realize ideas.
• Lead outside sales calls, property tours, and client entertainment while negotiating contracts.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead of competition.
