Qualifications

• Directly responsible for achieving distribution and sales objectives in assigned CDK on and off-premise accounts.
• Oversee the sales performance of all CDK products in assigned retail licensed accounts while maintaining quality standards and reaching sales goals.
• Manage seven on/off-premise and chain pre-sales representatives and coordinate with the General Sales Manager on goals and training.

Responsibilities

• Grow Crown Distributors business profitably within the assigned 4-route territory by hitting and exceeding sales and distribution goals.
• Motivate, train, develop, and direct assigned personnel on a weekly basis to improve profitable sales volume.
• Plan and execute sales calls to maximize shelf space, pricing, and product placement in stores.
