Job summary

Flowers Bakeries in Las Vegas is seeking an Area Sales Director to drive DSD sales, manage Independent Distributors, and grow a robust customer base. You will analyze markets, leverage digital tools, and collaborate with leadership to optimize territory opportunities.

The role requires 5 years of sales or general management experience, a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and a valid DOT medical card with a clean driving record. Minimum age 21. Competitive pay and bonus opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably Sales or Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Valid Driver's License and Safe Driving Record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Support DSD (direct store delivery) sales and IDs (Independent Distributors).
• Manage customer relationships and grow the customer base.
• Seek new selling opportunities in the market and track sales data.
• Build and maintain solid customer relationships with key accounts to ensure promotion and display execution.
• Use digital tools to show execution wins and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with Market VP and Sales Enablement to analyze market and territory opportunities and maximize sales.
