Job summary

Tuff Shed Inc. is seeking an Area Sales & Design Specialist to drive sales growth and provide expert design guidance in assigned Home Depot stores within a defined territory.

The role requires weekend work and offers an unlimited commission program with a potential annual compensation between $55,000 and $75,000 with commission. Comprehensive benefits and ongoing training are provided.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS AN AREA SALES & DESIGN SPECIALIST

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional design consultation services to our clients.You will work on-site at assigned Home Depot stores, within a specific territory,managing relationships with Home Depot store leaders and associates, leveraging Home Depot employees and customer traffic to generate leads and sales.Weekend work required.

• Working on-site, at assigned Home Depot stores including weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
• Manage a sales pipeline.
• Regularly plan, coordinate, execute lead generating events and leverage event sales.
• Self-direction and the ability towork independentlyand build relationships.
• Enjoy training others and communicatingproduct knowledge.
• Provencomputer skillsand the aptitude to learn new software.
• Partner with Home Depot leadersproviding updates on sales performance, merchandising and displays.
• Ensure ourTuff Shed displays are presentable, clean, and maintained; signage is updated.
