Qualifications

• Four+ years retail management experience with progressiveresponsibility and full P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Big-box retail management or equivalent education/experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead operations for all stores in the assigned area, with full P&L responsibility.
• Foster a culture aligned with Dollar General's mission and values.
• Provide superior customer service through friendly stores and teams.
• Drive area sales growth through quality orders and efficient flow processes.
• Recruit, train and develop store personnel; supervise scheduling and labor costs.
• Protect assets via loss prevention and expense controls; manage inventories.
• Identify new business opportunities and communicate priorities to store teams.
• Travel weekly in company vehicle with required license and driving history.
