Job summary

Delek US Holdings in Louisiana seeks a refinery operations manager to oversee day-to-day production, logistics and utilities within the assigned area. You will drive safe, cost-effective operations, promote a culture of reliability and environmental compliance, and lead a team to achieve production goals.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with site leadership, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Four or more years experience in a managerial/supervisory role (Required).
• Ten or more years experience in refinery, petrochemical or chemical role (Required).
• No Licensure or Certification Required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation and ensure reliable, cost-effective operation of assigned area.
• Provide leadership, motivation, training, and development of workforce.
• Promote safe and environmentally compliant operations and lead continuous improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of Area Business Team to meet goals and budget targets.
• Act as contract owner for Area contracts and drive incident investigations and preventive actions.
