Job summary

Delek US is seeking a seasoned operations leader to manage day-to-day refinery processing areas, logistics, and utilities, driving safe and cost-effective performance. You will lead a team, promote safety, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

The role requires extensive experience in refinery or chemical operations, strong leadership, and a commitment to compliance with environmental and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Experience overseeing refinery/chemical operations or similar industrial processes.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective operation of assigned processing area(s).
• Lead the Area Business Team and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage spend, budgets, and area contracts.
• Establish and promote a culture of safety and operational excellence.
• Oversee incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Support weekly, monthly, and annual business planning cycles.
