Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implements the business plan for assigned area by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
• Maintains quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on policies and procedures and monitoring compliance.
• Manages quality assurance programs by identifying best practices and implementing process changes.
• Supervises and develops associates and leaders, assigns duties, and participates in hiring, coaching and evaluation.
• Coordinates system issue resolution with IT and vendors and supports development of current and future systems.
