This role encompasses daily operations, staff management, and financial performance. Ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in property management, preferably with large portfolios, along with proficiency in property management software like Yardi. Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of property management experience.
• Experience managing 400+ units is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in property management software, particularly Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple residential properties.
• Manage on-site staff and third-party vendors.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties.
• Oversee leasing and occupancy goals.
