Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple in‑school enrichment and childcare programs in and around Bremerton, WA. You will be responsible for operations, quality, customer satisfaction and profitability at each site, serving as the liaison with program managers, educators, parents, and school staff.

You will manage P&L, drive program growth, ensure licensing compliance, and lead HR activities including hiring, scheduling and coaching.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a multi-unit manager (5+ sites)
• Bachelor's degree preferred - 45 college credits required
• Direct P&L experience
• Knowledge of child care licensing regulations preferred
• Experience working with children preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversees in‑school enrichment and childcare programs across multiple sites
• Manages direct profit & loss responsibility for assigned programs
• Markets programs at school and community events to drive growth
• Ensures sites meet state licensing requirements
• Implements standardized operating procedures to drive quality
• Develops relationships with school administrations and stakeholders
• Manages HR functions including scheduling, hiring, and coaching
