Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple in-school enrichment and childcare programs in and around Reno, NV. You will be directly accountable for operations, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability at each site.

You will liaise with program managers, educators, parents, and school staff, ensuring licensing compliance and standardized operating procedures. Strong leadership and HR management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years as a multi-site manager overseeing 5+ locations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for the role.
• Direct P&L experience.
• Knowledge of child care licensing regulations preferred.
• Experience working with children is a plus; strong teamwork is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and program quality across multiple sites.
• Maintain direct profit & loss responsibility for assigned programs.
• Market and promote programs at school and community events; drive internal growth across locations.
• Ensure sites meet state licensing requirements and follow SOPs.
• Develop relationships with school admins, parent groups, and vendors.
• Lead HR functions: scheduling, hiring, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
