Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Area Program Delivery Director to lead the Data Center Engineering & Construction team for a mega AI campus. You will manage a large onsite team, drive safety, quality, and delivery excellence, and coordinate with internal partners and external vendors in a matrix organization.

With 15+ years in project planning and construction, you will own strategy, partnerships, and staffing, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of critical data center infrastructure at scale.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project planning and construction management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience with US/EMEA contract delivery methods.
• Experience with design and deployment of technical electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience managing employees, contractors, and vendor relationships.
• Experience with greenfield site development and ground-up construction.
• Knowledge of building codes and health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic vision for project and site team and interface with internal/external teams.
• Maintain visibility across multiple teams and external partners.
• Provide coaching and input to ensure predictable delivery and success.
• Coordinate stakeholder requirements during early project phases.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders with contractors and vendors.
• Monitor delivery updates, KPI adherence, and financial status.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and foster a safety-focused culture.
