Meta is seeking an experienced Area Program Delivery Director to join our Data Center Engineering & Construction team. This onsite leadership role will manage a large Meta team and external partners to deliver a mega AI enabling infrastructure campus of unprecedented scale.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project planning and construction management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Experience with various US/EMEA contract delivery methods.
• Experience with design and deployment of technical electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience managing direct employees, contractors, and vendor relationships.
• Experience with greenfield site development and ground-up construction.
• Knowledge of local, state, domestic and international building codes and health/safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic vision for the project and site team, interfacing with internal and external teams to achieve cross-program goals.
• Own Meta, Infra Data Centers and DEC values, fostering partnership, teamwork and growth.
• Maintain visibility across multiple teams and external partners.
• Provide coaching and input to assure predictable delivery and project success.
• Coordinate stakeholder requirements for early turnover of phases within the program schedule.
• Maintain productive owner/vendor relationships with GC, cabling partners, consultants and trade partners.
• Set expectations for partnerships and optimize value for Meta with stakeholder input.
• Recruit and develop a core on-site team and support matrix staff.
• Plan contingent workforce staffing and hiring.
• Provide proactive feedback and performance management in the team.
• Negotiate construction contracts and change orders with contractors and vendors.
• Monitor delivery updates, KPI adherence and financial status.
• Build cross-functional relationships to support collaboration and strategy.
• Foster a safety-focused culture across all teams.
