Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Area Program Delivery Director to lead a large on-site DEC program for a mega AI infrastructure campus. You will direct a matrix team and external partners, overseeing safety, QA/QC and cost/schedule performance to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires 15+ years in project planning and construction management, a relevant degree, and familiarity with US/EMEA contracting methods. You will build strong vendor relationships and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in project planning and construction management.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with US/EMEA contract delivery methods.
• Experience with technical electrical/mechanical systems.
• Experience managing direct employees, contractors and vendors.
• Greenfield/site development and ground-up construction.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic vision for project and site teams; align with internal/external stakeholders.
• Own accountability for DEC values and partnership growth.
• Maintain visibility across multiple teams and external partners.
• Coach, guide and drive predictable project delivery and success.
• Coordinate stakeholder requirements for early phase turnover.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders with contractors and vendors.
• Monitor KPI adherence and financial status; manage on-site team.
• Foster safety-focused culture across all teams.
