Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Area Program Delivery Director to lead a large on-site DEC team delivering a mega AI infrastructure campus. The role oversees safety, QAQC and cost/schedule controls with external partners, aiming for predictable delivery outcomes across a matrix organization.

The successful candidate will manage critical vendor relationships and recruit for a core onsite staff while driving performance and value for Meta across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project planning and construction management.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic vision for the project and site team to achieve cross-program goals.
• Own and manage META Infra Data Centers and DEC values with aligned partnership and growth.
• Maintain visibility across multiple teams and external partners.
• Provide coaching and input to assure predictable delivery and project success.
• Coordinate stakeholder requirements for early phase turnover within the program schedule.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders with contractors and vendors.
• Monitor delivery updates, KPI adherence and financial status.
• Foster a safety-focused culture and build strong cross-functional relationships.
