Job summary

Meta is seeking an Area Program Delivery Director for its Data Center Engineering & Construction team. You will lead a large, onsite team and external partners to deliver a mega AI infrastructure campus, shaping strategy and ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will own vendor relationships, manage contracts, and coach a high-performance team across matrixed organizations to achieve regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project planning and construction management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Experience with US/EMEA construction methods and codes.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic vision for the project and site team and interface with internal and external teams.
• Own and advance Meta Infra Data Centers and DEC values in a collaborative environment.
• Maintain visibility across multiple teams and external partners for the program.
• Provide coaching and input to ensure predictable delivery and project success.
• Coordinate stakeholder requirements for early phase turnover within the schedule.
• Manage owner/vendor relationships with general contractors and partners.
• Set expectations and optimize value for Meta with strategic feedback.
• Recruit and develop on-site staff; support matrix staff growth.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders with contractors and vendors.
• Monitor delivery updates, KPI adherence, and financial status.
• Foster safety-focused culture and strong cross-functional relationships.
