Job Purpose: To provide management oversight and supervision of production responsibilities of multiple neighborhoods and the construction personnel associated with each.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversees 4-10 neighborhood sites for the organization
• Establishes and maintains construction site budgets; ensures budget compliance
• Recruits, trains, evaluates, manages, and mentors staff at the supervisor level
• Develops accurate and timely settlement reporting
• Oversees the selection and coordination of subcontractors working on various phases of home construction sites
• Ensures government compliance regarding construction site(s)
• Oversees policy and procedures compliance related to the home construction process
• Conducts weekly production meetings
• Develops and administers training programs for Project Managers and Superintendents
• Coordinates with Community Sales Consultants to discuss home construction activities
• Monitors Customer Satisfaction Surveys
• Manages one or more home communities as business needs dictate
• Works closely with the Director of Production and Purchasing Manager to maintain vendor base, reduce VPOs, and lower costs
• Performs other duties as assigned
