Job Purpose: To provide management oversight and supervision of production responsibilities of multiple neighborhoods and the construction personnel associated with each.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversees 4-10 neighborhood sites for the organization
- Establishes and maintains construction site budgets; ensures budget compliance
- Recruits, trains, evaluates, manages, and mentors staff at the supervisor level
- Develops accurate and timely settlement reporting
- Oversees the selection and coordination of subcontractors working on various phases of home construction sites
- Ensures government compliance regarding construction site(s)
- Oversees policy and procedures compliance related to the home construction process
- Conducts weekly production meetings
- Develops and administers training programs for Project Managers and Superintendents
- Coordinates with Community Sales Consultants to discuss home construction activities
- Monitors Customer Satisfaction Surveys
- Manages one or more home communities as business needs dictate
- Works closely with the Director of Production and Purchasing Manager to maintain vendor base, reduce VPOs, and lower costs
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 3-5 years of experience in the homebuilding construction industry, or equivalent education and experience
- Experience supervising or assisting with new home construction projects
