Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Maintenance Administrative Specialist to coordinate maintenance activities and manage SAP records for plants and mobile equipment across our U.S. operations.

In this role, you will handle work orders, billing, payroll support, and travel arrangements while maintaining asset data, preventive schedules, and equipment information. You will also support asset lifecycle processes and procurement activities, collaborating with multiple plant teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with ERP or maintenance management systems, preferably SAP or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in data management, reporting, and analyzing operational information to support maintenance activities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to support multiple plant and maintenance teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy, process compliance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key resource for maintenance systems by training employees and assisting with purchasing and procurement activities.

What You'll Be Doing
