The Knox Hotel Employer LLC, operating Auberge Collection properties in Dallas, seeks an Area Payroll Manager to oversee payroll for 2–4 properties. You will report to the Director of Finance and collaborate with Talent & Culture to ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing across the portfolio.

Responsibilities include data input, reconciliation, payroll audits, and generating labor reports. Occasional travel to properties is expected; a Dayforce background is a plus.

Formación

• 3-5 years of payroll processing experience.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and handle sensitive information.
• Experience with payroll software and systems; Dayforce is a plus.
• BA preferred but not required; high school diploma required.

Responsabilidades

• Process and reconcile payroll and related data for timely, accurate payments.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal labor laws.
• Prepare and distribute payroll and labor reports to managers and accounting.
• Conduct payroll audits and support 401(k) and workers' comp audits.
• Maintain payroll data, job codes, pay scales, and classifications.
• Assist with year-end/quarterly reporting and data validation.
• Occasional travel to properties as required.
