Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with payroll software.
• Highly collaborative nature and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Trustworthy with strong business integrity and confidentiality.
• Demonstrated experience with data analysis and reporting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; BA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely receipt of all data required to process payroll for 2-4 properties.
• Validates payroll submissions are complete and accurate.
• Processes and reconciles payroll funding and related accounts.
• Enters payroll data and ensures timely and accurate payroll runs.
• Generates payroll reports and time punch edits as needed.
• Conducts payroll audits and prepares related reports.
• Prepares PTO accruals and labor reports monthly.
• Ensures compliance with union contracts and legal requirements.
