Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s license is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Industry software experience (YARDI, OneSite, etc.).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, and supervision of property staff.
• Manage the community’s revenue and expenses.
• Maintain accurate resident records and handle A/P functions.
• Conduct building inspections to ensure property standards.
• Follow up on service requests from residents.
• Promote resident satisfaction and address concerns.
• Perform required reporting and administrative tasks.
