Responsabilidades

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and HR to meet objectives
• Lift up to 49 pounds and perform physical duties as required
• Stand/walk up to 12 hours during shifts
• Work in varied temperatures and outdoor loading areas
• Navigate sites with stairs where applicable
