Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to maintain safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to meet business objectives.
Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours.
Work in environments with variable noise and temperatures, including outdoor loading areas.
Support operational workflows across First mile, Middle mile, and Last mile.
