Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers and associates to implement area business plan and manage staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor and analyze productivity and prepare reviews and reports.
• Ensure associates are trained on policies, safety standards and procedures.
• Develop and coach associates and leaders, assign duties and monitor performance.
