Qualifications

• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing to implement the business plan for area of responsibility.
• Monitor and manage productivity by reviewing and analyzing reports.
• Lead and develop associates and leaders, assign duties, and provide feedback.
• Ensure quality and safety standards and train associates on logistics policies.
• Attract and retain talent and foster a culture of belonging.
