Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Plant Supervisor in Brookshire, CA to lead daily ready mix plant and production activities. You will coordinate workforce, equipment, and schedules to ensure safe, high-quality, on-time delivery of concrete products while promoting a strong safety culture.

What You'll Be Doing

Work Environment

• Work is performed in a ready mix plant environment with regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions, moving equipment, noise, dust, and vibration.
• Requires the ability to inspect plant facilities, walk on uneven surfaces, climb stairs, and occasionally lift or move materials.
• Schedule flexibility may be required to support operational and customer needs.
