• Implements and communicates strategic direction within the designated area/division.
• Drives exceptional safety performance in the area/division through transparent leadership on work sites.
• Collaborates with other areas/divisions to carry out the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Leads by example, represents Apache favorably and upholds policies and guidelines.
• Establishes and manages the area/division’s budget.
• Presents regular performance reports and metrics to the senior leadership team.
