Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, HR to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.
• Work in variable temperatures and noise levels; stairs may be involved.
