Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift, including weekends, nights, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, HR to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.
• Work in variable temperatures and outdoor loading environments.
