Smoothie King is hiring an experienced Store Manager to lead operations in Iowa, covering Dubuque and Bettendorf, in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. You will drive sales, oversee staff, ensure food safety, and uphold brand standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills, with Serv Safe certification within 60 days. This full-time position offers benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years store manager experience.
• 2-3 years area manager experience preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Leadership, multitasking, organization, mentoring, and motivation.
• Serv Safe certification within 60 days.

Responsabilités

• Develops goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
• Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and expertise.
• Supports and supervises an effective self-inspection program.
• Understands employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence.
• Assists Managers with monitoring and maintaining the productivity level of Team Members.
• Verifies that all team members/supervisors understand the brand specific philosophy.
• Assists Managers with training and developing team; creates and nurtures a property environment with motivation and teamwork.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the brand-specific service culture.
• Provides Exceptional Customer Service.
• Improves service by guiding staff to understand guest needs and coaching when needed.
• Provides information to Managers by phone, email, or in person.
• Analyzes information to choose the best solution and solve problems.
• Extends professionalism to team and guests at all times.
• Leads local marketing initiatives and recruitment, development and coaching of store managers.
• Oversee Dubuque and Bettendorf stores.
