Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead operations at multiple locations within the region. You will motivate a team, deliver great guest experiences, and drive sales in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include supervising daily store activities, coaching staff, ensuring food safety, and maintaining brand standards while supporting district initiatives. The role requires 2–4 years of store management, Serv Safe certification, strong leadership, and the ability to

Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2-4 years of store manager experience
• 2-3 years of area manager experience preferred
• Ability to work under pressure
• Leadership, multitasking, organization, mentoring, ability to motivate others
• Serv Safe Certified with 60 days
