Job summary

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning seeks an Area Operations Manager to lead multiple stores within the Austin region, overseeing Operations Managers, Lot Coordinators, and cross-functional teams. You will drive performance through budgeting, staffing, and process improvements, while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Previous management experience required.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Area Operations Managers, Lot Coordinators, and store teams.
• Review monthly P&Ls with Regional Operations Manager and drive financial improvements.
• Visit all stores in the area weekly and conduct team meetings.
• Ensure budgeting, staffing, and planning align with business needs.
• Audit nightly WIP reports and coordinate with store management.
• Communicate data and updates to Regional Operations Manager in a timely manner.
