Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a store operations leader responsible for directing and coaching team members, ensuring safety, profitability, and customer service excellence. You will supervise daily activities, manage back shop duties, and uphold policy compliance across POS, returns, and inventory processes.

The role requires supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills to resolve customer issues and drive sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years service industry experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct, instruct, and manage team members including assigning, supervising, and appraising work; rewarding, motivating, counseling associates; addressing associate complaints and resolving problems.
• Responsible for productivity, profitability, work environment, relationships, visual presentation standards, and operational compliance of the store; measured through various reporting tools.
• Train and coach service selling associates on Gas 3, process Vehicle Inspections, and general operation of store systems.
• Partners as appropriate to recruit and interview talent to ensure operating efficiency and top service levels.
• Monitor the shop productivity, workflow, and procedures with an emphasis on efficiency, thoroughness, and safety.
• Ensure the execution of customer service standards, customer satisfaction programs, and equitable resolution of customer complaints.
