Job summary

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an Area Operations Manager to oversee Operations Managers, Lot Coordinators, and the financials for the region. The role requires leadership to drive safety, customer service, and store performance while coordinating with Regional Operations Managers.

You will develop customer relationships, monitor P&Ls, and ensure timely reporting and budgeting. Must be able to travel weekly to stores and participate in regional calls.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• College degree preferred.
• Previous management experience required.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Proficient in Mac OS and Microsoft Office.
• Must pass pre-employment background check.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Operations Managers and Lot Coordinators; manage operations, sales, and financials for the area.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Attend regional operations team meetings and monthly reviews.
• Visit all stores within the area weekly and ensure standards.
• Review monthly P&Ls and work with regional managers on financial improvement.
• Ensure locations and reports are properly entered in NetSuite.
