Job summary

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning in Austin, TX is seeking an Area Operations Manager to oversee operations across stores in the area. This full-time role includes managing Operations Managers, Lot Coordinators, sales, and financials.

You will ensure standards are met, develop customer relationships, attend regional meetings, review P&Ls, and ensure budgeting, staffing, and planning are in place. A strong management background and proficiency with Mac OS and MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Previous management experience required.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• College degree preferred.
• Proficient in Mac OS, Microsoft Office.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Operations Managers, Lot Coordinators, operations, sales, and financials for respective areas.
• Ensure professionalism, appearance, vehicle, work ethic, customer service, and workplace safety standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Attend regional operations team weekly meetings with Regional Operations Manager & Operations Managers.
• Visit all stores within the area on a weekly basis.
• Review monthly P&Ls and work with Regional Operations Manager on financial improvement.
• Ensure locations, visits and calls are entered and notated in NetSuite.
• Submit bi-weekly Amex reports and monthly HR schedules.
