• 2 years supervisory experience in an industrial related environment; managing workload and promoting employees.

Responsibilities

• Monitor productivity and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Supervise and develop associates by assigning duties and providing feedback.
• Oversee maintenance department operations including equipment, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage expenses, asset utilization, and budget adherence.
