Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a Walmart maintenance technician position or 1 year in industrial maintenance with at least 6 months leading a work or project team.
• Preferred: facility maintenance and supervising associates.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance department operations.
• Ensure proper diagnosis of equipment issues and develop corrective action plans.
• Oversee energy center and building systems maintenance.
• Develop training for associates and promote safety compliance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, NFPA, DOT, and other applicable regulations).
