- Qualifications include capacity to supervise, evaluate, mentor and develop managers and staff.
- Must attend all required trainings and assessments.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily maintenance operations for warehouse facilities and equipment, ensuring safety and compliance.
- Lead staffing, scheduling, and workload distribution to meet facility goals and budgets.
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and develop associates and leaders.
