Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive and implement the business plan for area of responsibility to achieve facility goals.
• Forecast and follow up on staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards, policies and procedures.
• Supervise and manage associates and leaders, provide feedback and development opportunities.
• Oversee maintenance department daily operations and equipment performance.
• Direct financial aspects by tracking expenses, asset utilization and reporting.
• Recruit, coach, and evaluate associates and managers; participate in hiring and promotions.
