Walmart Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced supervisor for a logistics area. You will supervise staff, schedule workloads, and uphold quality and safety standards while driving productivity and continuous improvement.

You will lead associates and leaders, train and develop talent, and collaborate with ISD and vendors to maintain system performance and inventory integrity. A relevant degree and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or related field with supervisory experience.
• 2 years Walmart logistics or supervisory experience preferred.
• Attends required trainings and assessments for the role.

Responsabilités

• Communicate goals and manage staffing and scheduling to achieve facility objectives.
• Monitor productivity and analyze reports to maintain efficiency and safety.
• Supervise and coach associates and leaders, provide feedback and development.
• Ensure QA guidelines are followed and inventory integrity is maintained.
• Troubleshoot systems with ISD and vendors to support operations.
