Job summary

Insituform Technologies, LLC, a subsidiary of Azuria Corporation, is a leading supplier of CIPP and rehabilitation services for pipelines. This role focuses on data entry, cost monitoring, invoicing, and crew support across multiple sites in the construction sector.

The position requires strong organizational skills, Excel proficiency, and experience with JD Edwards. Travel to support other business units may be required; a valid driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of related recordkeeping experience in construction or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Current valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Enter data and process reports through JD Edwards
• Monitor actual vs forecast job costs during the month
• Prepare customer invoices and make collection calls
• Monitor timesheets for all personnel through Time Management software
• Maintain DOT Qualification File and Daily DOT Driver Logs for crew personnel
• Process and track expense reports, company credit cards and receipts for all personnel
• Coordinate payment and quantities for subcontractors, vendors and suppliers
• Provide administrative support for personnel hiring/termination and training
