Makeready LLC is seeking an Area Marketing Manager to lead marketing, programming, partnerships, and communications across Dallas and Houston properties. This role drives guest satisfaction, branding, profitability, and trends while serving as the link between property leadership, agencies, and internal teams.

The candidate will develop property marketing strategies, collaborate with F&B teams, manage PR and digital campaigns, and guide local partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hospitality marketing experience.
• Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and CRM platforms.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset.

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Area Marketing Manager to lead marketing, programming, partnerships, and communications across Makeready’s Dallas and Houston properties. Skilled at implementing creative marketing practices with an eye on guest satisfaction, profitability, branding, and trends, this individual serves as a key connector between property leadership, agency partners, and internal marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
