Job summary

Makeready LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking an Area Revenue Analyst for branded hotels to optimize revenue streams and drive profitability. This role supports forecasting, pricing strategies, and performance analytics across properties.

You will collaborate with the Revenue team to review inventory, CRS, PMS and OTA data, extract insights from BI systems, and provide actionable recommendations while upholding high standards of integrity and detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue analysis preferred.
• Experience with data analysis and BI tools.
• Proficient in Outlook Office products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams).
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Hospitality or hotel revenue background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Revenue team to understand inventory and pricing needs.
• Review CRS, PMS, OTA for room availability, rate structure and restrictions.
• Extract and analyze data from internal systems and BI tools to identify trends.
• Analyze period-end results to forecast needs and obstacles to goals.
• Assist in rooms revenue forecasts, budgets and long-range planning.
• Assist group sales in evaluating group booking requests.
