Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program for Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or another related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 50–100 direct report Amazon Associates.
• Mentor and motivate your team.
• Oversee shift operations and ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Be prepared to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
