Job summary

Amazon in Baltimore, MD is hiring an Area Manager 2026 – DE, MD (Recent and Upcoming Graduates) for full-time on-site work in a fulfillment center or similar facility. You will lead a team of 50–100 hourly associates and drive safety, quality and performance through coaching and hands-on supervision.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Currently enrolled in or graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or another related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate 50–100 direct Amazon Associates.
• Work independently in an autonomous environment.
• Stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours.
• Regular shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Oversee deliveries and sort packages; operate pallet jacks and PIT equipment.
• Work in variable-noise environments.
• Lift up to 49 lb; push, pull, squat, bend and reach.
• Climb and descend stairs as needed.
